Locals and visitors can sip libations and shop local Thursday, September 20.
Kansas City residents can stroll through Brookside, sip wine samples in-store, and shop at local businesses from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, September 20. Visitors will be able to enjoy a selection of wine samples at the many participating businesses opening their doors for this special shopping and wine tasting event. After the Sip & Shop, patrons can grab dinner at restaurants throughout Brookside offering food and drink specials.
“This event was a hit last year and we’re excited to offer it again this year,” said Brookside Executive Director, Sean Ackerson. “People will be able to sample wine at local stores, shop, and talk to store owners. It’ll be a great night!”
Patrons are asked to keep wine samples in stores and to please drink responsibly.
